(1) On 31 July 2008 Brian Joseph Martin retired as a director of H&G
Limited and retired as a trustee of the Graham Cushing Settlement Trust which
holds 20% of the shares in H&G Limited. At the date of this notice H&G
Limited holds 502,085 shares in Kirkcaldie and Stains Limited however with
effect from 31 July 2008 Brian Joseph Martin no longer has a deemed relevant
interest in those shares.
