Reason for issue: Pursuant to the sale and subscription agreement entered
into between ATM and Freedom Nutritional Products Limited dated 21 May 2010
(Agreement).
Specific authority for issue: Shareholder approval (pursuant to Listing Rule
7.3.1) and board resolution dated 20 July 2010.
Terms or details of issue: All shares rank equally with the existing Ordinary
Shares and the other terms set out in the Agreement.
