SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (SKC) advises that Jane Freeman has
resigned as a Director of the Company. Ms Freeman, who joined the board in
early 2008, cited personal reasons for her departure.
SKYCITY Chairman, Rod McGeoch, said "Jane has made a valuable contribution to
the board, including chairing the Human Resources Committee. She will be
missed. We wish Jane all the best for the future."
