Following the appointment of Mr Stuart Broadhurst as Managing Director and
Chief Executive Officer of Fisher & Paykel Appliances Holdings Limited (FPA),
the Board of FPA has determined that because Mr Stuart Broadhurst is an
Executive Director, he is not an independent director under the Listing Rules
of the NZX.
