ING Medical Properties Trust today announced that the strike price for the
Distribution Reinvestment Plan, inclusive of the 1% discount being offered,
is $1.0409 per unit calculated as the weighted average of the prices at which
units in the Trust were sold through NZX during the period of seven calendar
days immediately following the record date.
This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 8 December 2008.
