Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited advises that the Notification
of Issue of Securities provided on 3 September 2008 contained an error in
relation to the options issued to French and Italian employees.
The notification provided on 3 September 2008 stated that the 183,700 options
issued to French and Italian employees had a set exercise price of $3.92
which should have read $3.72.
All other disclosures in the original notification are unchanged.
